Role Definition

A disciplined and proactive leader responsible for managing All India Sales with a deep focus on client management and their requirements. This role involves strategic sales planning, market expansion, and team leadership in the fall protection industry. The ideal candidate should be a matured individual with the ability to lead. motivate the team with complete responsibility.

Additionally, the candidate should possess 10+ years in sales management, preferably in industrial safety equipment. One who has ability to work under pressure. achieve aggressive sales targets.

Sales Business Growth

  • Develop & implement a national sales strategy aligned with market trends.
  • Identify & appoint channel partners, distributors & dealers across India.
  • Achieve monthly & annual sales targets while expanding market reach.
  • Now Products marketing
  • Proof of Concept for now products.
  • Should have strong network & contacts within the safety industry i.e. with safety managers of different industries and dealers.

Team Leadership & Client Management

  • Load, motivate & manage regional sales teams across India.
  • Strengthen customer relationships & ensure long-term
  • Regular meetings with key accounts & dealer network.
  • Objectively monitor the performance of each team member

Team Leadership &  Client Management

  • Utilize MS Excel & CRM tools for sales forecasting, reporting and data analysis.
  • Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting from the team.

Travel Requirement

  • Extensive travel across India for client visits, dealer visits & industry events.
  • Minimum 15 days per month.
